It is not a standalone chat tool but a layer over your existing systems — and a sparring partner that motivates you to reach your business goals.
ChatGPT is a general AI assistant that only knows your business if you explain it in each conversation or share files. An AIOS is permanently connected to your systems and knows your offering, customers and priorities. That lets it flag things proactively instead of only answering.
After an intake of around 60 minutes, we capture your business context and connect your systems. How long this takes depends on the size of your business and the number of systems. Your brief, reports and follow-up tasks then run, and actions are only carried out after your approval. We improve the system every month.
Pricing is tailored to your needs, goals, existing systems and desired integrations. In a personal consultation, we discuss what your business needs. You then receive a clear proposal for the AIOS, the AI receptionist or a combination of both.
